Schools
Wild City, our programme for schools, focuses on biodiversity in our local environment and the science behind it.
Our programmes for families are all about empowering children and their carers to discover the fun of chemistry through creative and accessible activities.
Throughout the year, we develop interactive and immersive workshops to inspire families and ignite the curiously of young learners.
Beginning with the Early Years, children can explore and find the joy in simple science experiments. Our various workshops for 5-11 year olds encourage children to discover and investigate themes of chemistry alongside history, art and design, and architecture.
For those not able to join us in person, we publish a monthly resource for families to enjoy chemistry experiments at home.
Our Experiment of the Month resource is designed to bring chemistry to life for the whole family. The experiments are interactive, accessible and fun. Work together as a team to complete the steps and be inspired to see that chemistry is all around us.
