Annual Awards Ceremony

Every winner of our Salters’ Awards is invited to celebrate their achievements at our Annual Awards Ceremony.

Awards Programme

Winners, their guests, panellists and Salters’ Representatives come together at Salters’ Hall in London to hear from our keynote speaker, receive their certificates and prizes, and join us for food, drinks and the opportunity to network.

We are proud to announce that the Keynote Speaker for our Award Ceremony in 2022 was Dr Asel Sartbaeva.

Dr Asel Sartbaeva is a Reader in Chemistry (Associate Professor) at the University of Bath. Since 2011 she has developed a silica coating which prevents vaccines from degrading at room temperature. This revolutionary work could simplify the distribution and reduce the cost of vaccination for millions of people, especially in hard-to-reach communities.
