Salters’ Alumna Jo wins Tees Business Future Leaders Award

We’re delighted to share that Jo Douglas-Harris, Salters’ Award Winner and Freedom Member, has been named the Future Leaders Award winner at the prestigious Tees Business Awards!

The award celebrates Jo’s inspiring leadership, unwavering commitment to diversity, and her impactful work with the Women’s Engineering Society – both nationally and within the Tyne and Tees cluster.

Congratulations Jo! We are incredible proud of what you have achieved so far, and we look forward to seeing how you will continue to champion women in engineering!
