Mysterious Melting

This month we are investigating the delicious world of chocolate as we explore the work of Helen Sharman.

Sharman became the first female to visit the Mir Space Station in 1991 but, before this, she worked and researched the chemical properties of chocolate.  We want you to grab your favourite chocolate bars and learn about their different melting points and the variables that might affect your results.
